All concrete products made in a mould use a mould release oil/lubricant to ensure that the product releases from the mould when set and also gives a smooth finish on the concrete product. This oil is not recoverable and is classed in Total Loss Lubricant category, therefore it’s important to use a biodegradable oil/lubricant.

Our mould release oil is biodegradable and made from recycled/processed used oils, which is a renewable sustainable waste resource.
